Knox County's Most Wanted Program
Knox County publishes no most-wanted page. The sheriff lays out law-enforcement and legal-process duties but posts no public roster, and neither the jail, the county sitemap, the courts, nor the state directory carries one either. So the honest answer here is a boundary, not a list. No names, photos, mugshots, or individuals appear on this page, because the sheriff has not released any to publish. If the county puts up a page later, the official sheriff site will be the place to read it. Check its date, its scope, its contact information, and how often it is refreshed before trusting anything you find there.
Official Knox County Sheriff's OfficeNo Official Knox Most-Wanted Page
Knox County has no reward announcement, no Crime Stoppers partnership, no tip form, no roundup calendar, and no public most-wanted feed. Nor has any office explained how such a list would be chosen or refreshed. That silence only describes what is public, not what deputies do internally. For service or custody questions, call the sheriff at (402) 288-4261. For immediate danger, call 911. A question about court status belongs with the clerk of the issuing court, and nowhere else.
How the Most Wanted Lists Work
Where an agency does publish a most-wanted page, it is a curated public-safety subset, never the full active-warrant file. A solid page names the agency, explains the selection basis, shows the last update, lists a tip method, and states its limits. Knox County has published no such schema. A private roster cannot fill that role.
| Question | Most-wanted publication | County court record |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | Curated public-safety selection | Case-specific court entries |
| Update | Agency cadence, if stated | Register and court orders |
| Current status | Must be verified with the agency | Issuing clerk confirms the file |
| Names and images | Official page may choose to publish | Access depends on law and record type |
Knox County Most Wanted Privacy
A named roster would turn a civic reference into an unverified list. This page leaves out private-person names, photos, and case details by design. A third-party match can be stale, sealed, duplicated, or simply mistaken. If the Knox County sheriff ever publishes an official page, that agency alone should control what appears on it.
Editorial boundary: this page describes and links official channels only. It never republishes a most-wanted roster, mugshot set, or named warrant list.
For your own court question in Knox County, rely on the clerk and your counsel, not on a list compiler.
Reporting a Tip Safely
Knox County offers no anonymous tip form, no reward policy, and no Crime Stoppers channel. For an emergency, call 911. For a non-emergency law-enforcement question, use the sheriff's published contact and ask which channel is current. Case status belongs with the court that issued the process. Never confront, follow, photograph, or try to detain anyone because of a web post. A tip channel, if the sheriff ever publishes one, stays separate from a court record.
Knox County Most Wanted NEVCAP Limits
The Nebraska Victims of Crime Alert Portal searches custody and protection-order information and offers alerts. It is not a Knox County warrant list. It is not a most-wanted publication either. A booking result, or no result, tells you nothing about whether a judge's warrant is active.

The official portal lays out the difference between custody notification and public court status. Use NEVCAP only for its stated alert function.
Knox County Most Wanted Court Status
A tip helps an agency decide what to do with information, while a court-status request asks what the issuing court has entered. The County Court handles traffic, municipal, misdemeanor, and preliminary matters. District Court handles its own felony and family dockets, and the sheriff handles service and custody logistics. Knox County splits these jobs across offices, so no single channel answers all three questions.
Knox County Most Wanted RAP Limits
The Nebraska State Patrol RAP request is a criminal-history product built on name, date of birth, and identifiers. It carries a $45 nonrefundable fee. A request in good order targets completion in three business days. The report shows arrests and dispositions within its scope. It does not promise live warrant status, and it cannot clear a Knox County court order.

The RAP request screen marks a product distinction, not a substitute for County Court or District Court confirmation. Read the official RAP description for its actual scope.
Most Wanted Lists vs Active Warrants
An active warrant is court process that has not been recalled, served, or otherwise resolved in the record. A most-wanted list is different. When an agency publishes one, it is a selected public-safety notice, not the whole file. Knox County has no official public version of either roster. Ask the issuing clerk the first question. Ask the sheriff for service instructions.
Knox County Most Wanted Boundaries
Knox County court records sit apart from Nebraska state products and federal case systems. Federal cases route through the U.S. District Court for Nebraska, PACER, VCIS, and the U.S. Marshals Service. The county sheriff cannot clear a federal warrant. A federal case search is not a county roster.

The federal court source shows a separate jurisdiction and case-information path.

PACER fees and docket access describe federal records, not a Knox County sheriff list. Federal court information and PACER pricing are the official federal sources.
If You Think You Are on a List
Do not approach anyone on a Knox County list, and do not trust a copied image. Call a lawyer. Then contact the agency or issuing court the official source names, and ask the clerk what is on file: a case, warrant, bond, appearance, recall, or next setting. If the page is stale or wrong, only the agency that published it can correct the record.
Use official confirmation: a most-wanted notice, if found, is not proof of current court status until the sheriff or issuing court confirms it.
The outstanding-warrants page explains why Knox County has no public roster and what to do instead.
